Our courses are designed in such a way as to optimise building confidence for the birthing process. This is where our motto, Birthing Confidence comes in.

“Birthing Confidence means growing the trust in yourself before birth — and carrying that trust with you when it matters most.”

Although a whole day birth preparation course may seem excessive – initially at least – feedback from of our patrons seem to suggest that most ended up wanting even more!

When to call the hospital

Lunch normally lasts around an hour to an hour-and-a-half. We have three or four preferred venues throughout Zug area we offer our courses from.

Depending on the venue, various possibilities exist for eating lunch, either on-premise, picnic-style, order-in or off premise.
